Appointments

Please be considerate to our other guests by arriving to your appointment on time. Unfortunately, late comers may not be able to receive a full service. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service for check-in and preparation. We recommend scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving the studio so you may have your desired appointment time and provider.

Cancellations

As courtesy to our staff and clients, we ask for a day's notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

Gratuities

As always, tipping is at the discretion of our guests. Gratuity envelopes are available for your convenience. Gratuities may be in the form of cash or a separate check made out to the stylist, however, they can not be added on to credit card transactions.
